If they are too big for you try wearing thicker socks and inserting an inner sole.

If you are too big for your boots (sorry, I just had to say that) you can get a bootmaker to stretch the shoe area of the boot with his tools (you will probably have to leave them with him overnight).

Another idea for stretching leather that works well is applying an inexpensive liquid leather stretcher. Always test the leather stretcher in a small non-conspicuous area of your boots to see its reaction to the outer material before using it all over the boots. Spraying the liquid leather stretcher on the inside of the area you need enlarged and also on the corresponding outside area and then immediately wearing the boots around the home or when you go out achieves the best stretching results. Take your leather stretcher in your handbag to apply gingerly when you are out as long as it doesn't darken the area while it dries.

The active components contained in the liquid leather stretcher are called Ethyl Alcohol plus Isopropyl-Alcohol.
